Jerry founded Spectron Communications in 1988, developing his first major relationship in telecoms by supplying Halifax Estate Agents Ltd their telephony equipment during their ambitious expansion program to become the UK’s leading estate agents of the 90’s. Jerry went on to have many successful years winning various prestigious additional contracts. However it was working on a Lewisham Council contract and moving into the mobile phone arena which would introduce him to Robert Fee and Peter Scott-Wilds. The three excelled under new legislation and advancements in technology.

With the continued success of Spectron Communications and FLR Telecom too it wasn’t long before they decided to merge everything together and in 2005 when they founded FLR Spectron Limited. Jerry focused his expertise on the sales, account management and business development in the new business venture and the company has grown consistently each year raising its turnover to almost 12 million in 2015/2016.

During this time he has been involved in winning several major new business contracts including Jefferies Investment Bank, Shaw Trust, The Probation Service (TVP), Strutt and Parker fixed line, Swatch, Locktons, Toni and Guy, Penta Consulting, Frankhans Consulting, Eurostaff, AMC Networks International (Zone), Liberty Global, Malthurst fixed line, Better Healthcare and many more. He still has ambition to continue to grow the business and aims to exceed A?50 million turnover in the next 5 years and to win many more valued contracts in the public and private sector.
