Magpie dance

Magpie dance was chosen as Natwest’s charity for their annual bowling fundraising event. We were invited to get a team together and participate in bowling. The fun evening included lovely food, drink, networking and most importantly raising money for Magpie Dance. Approximately £2000 was raised through the help of FLR Spectron and other local companies.
Magpie Dance is the UK’s leading dance charity for people with learning disabilities. They believe that a learning disability should not be a barrier to personal and artistic success. Through dance, their participants gain life, social and communication skills with added health and well-being benefits.

“I wanted to send a thank you to your team for joining such a fun night out last night at bowling, it was lovely to see so many people having fun after work supporting children with heart disease.

The event raised £1,786, which will make such a massive difference in supporting children with heart conditions and their families.”
